20th Century Design: Week 11 Complete

โš ๏ธThis post is 6 years old, please view details on older post content.

Week elevenย of 20th Century Design is complete.

This week we continued learning about international design in the 20th century and focussedย on China. I thought it was very interesting to learn, particularly in Shanghai that there was such a big influence of European and American design. It was also interesting to examine the role of ‘traditional’ design and how that was transferred with modernism.

Next week is the final week, which is hard to believe! I will begin revising for a design quiz, that covers everything we have examined over the past 12 weeks.
