kikki.K Planner

7 years

I have finally taken the plunge and joined the planner community, with my new kikki.K Planner.

I had been considering getting a planner for some time and always admired many of the designs available on kikki.K, but never found one that I thought ‘omg need’. Until, I saw the VΓ€nskap (cats) collection. So much awesome, I couldn’t resist. I also decided to get a few extra things, like some pens, stickers, post its, planner kit and sticker book. I don’t like having a diary or journal that is really large, so I felt the medium size was the best option. I love it!  πŸ’–

Veeeery image heavy.  😊

  1. Oh my gosh!!! It’s so cute I die. The kittens are adorable and surprisingly, the planner is packaged really nicely.

I also use a planner, although I’ve had to make my own using a mini binder that they sell at Kinokuniya. Just because I’ve found I can’t cram all the things I want into other planners, haha. I haven’t heard of kikki-k before but MochiThings also has a lot of cute items.

  2. Oh gosh Kikki planners! πŸ™‚ I’ve never owned one but I’ve seen a lot of creative planner videos on YouTube about them!

I looooove the one you got.! Really easy on the eyes, though I admit it’s something I wouldn’t want to use because of how pretty it looks. I wouldn’t want to ruin the planner! haha πŸ˜€ Major plus points though because I looooove cats too! I’m also loving the pastel color palette and theme.

  3. I’ll admit I’m a complete novice when it comes to planners. In the past when I’ve tried to use them I never keep up with it and they eventually get thrown out. Do you have to motivate yourself to use planners?

Geez that planner is so cute though. :X A friend of mine from college has a similar art style.

  4. Super cute! I wish I had known about this site when I was looking for one! I ended up with a cheap one from Target. I might have to get one of these next year though.

  5. Yaay! Kikki.k planner! That is one of the cutest collection they have! πŸ™‚

I just started planning last November 2015. I use my Kikki.K mint planner and I love her to the bones! <3 I print some stickers too~ for personal use. πŸ™‚

  6. Whaaat this is so adorable! I don’t use a planner currently but I’m looking to get one because I just have so much to keep track of and google calendar just doesn’t do it for me. I also just kind of want to design and print out some pages for my traveler’s notebook… so many choices these days. Of course, after seeing these photos I feel like I kind of NEED a kikki-k one now!

  7. Wow, that planner is gorgeous! The colours are amazing and the cats are so cute.

I have a refillable planner that I got from Paperchase. It’s really bright and has parrots on the front. I forget to use it a lot though, but it’s great for keeping me organised when I do use it.

  8. I love, love, love, Kikki.K’s stuff, but for some reason I am not that interested in planners. When I was in the sixth to seventh grade, they were all the range. But now I find myself planning things digitally, which is easy, and which I love… though I cannot resist the cute stationery at all. Oops. πŸ˜›

I also loved the range that you bought the planner from – you can tell, I saw the teal/mint green and practically squealed. Anything of that colour just does it for me. I’m not a huge fan of cats though, and I haven’t yet found a planner that quite tickles my fancy. I think I am just more into notebooks where I am free to write whatever I want and not be restricted to a style or type of page/layout. I also love to carry a notebook around but I prefer to carry thinner ones. I don’t know, that might change πŸ˜‰

  9. Your new planner is TOO CUTE!!!!!! I love how it’s cat-themed ;). I like how it’s a ring-binder styling because you can easily swap/add/remove pages freely.

I use a planner and have been using Ardium for years. Though, my next planner would probably have a brand switch because I’m looking for something that includes a “morning/day/evening” setup. I always liked the idea of making my own accessories for my planner but get lazy about it XD.

  10. Wow that looks really cool! And useful! I think I’ll have to take a look

I don’t use a planner. I really should since I’m a college student who works and does extracurricular activities. But every time I try to use one, I stick with it for a bit and then I get lazy and rely on memory and emails that I save n’D

But I enjoy the planners made by Barnes and Noble. I think the designs are cool and that they’re really well made.

I’ve never thought to make my own accessories or printouts. But I might have to give it a try.

  11. That collection is so cute! I love the look of the planner and all the drawings. I really like the stickers too. This cat collection reminds me of your cat bedspread!

I don’t use a planner anymore, but I did when I was in school. I really liked getting Korean stationary ones, like ones by Morning Glory. Now I like buying notebooks by Paperchase to use at work!

  12. The little cats are so cute! I’m not much of a planner person, I always forget to use them πŸ˜› Plus my handwriting is quite untidy.

I do have a journal of sorts at the moment as I’m doing this 3 week meditation thing where at the end of each day there are questions that you write the answers to once you finish the meditation period. Meditation is harder than I expected πŸ˜€

  13. Oh my god, this is all so cute! I’ve heard of kikki.K but I’ve never purchased anything from them before, but I think you may have convinced me to change my mind.

This year I’ve been using a really simple planner from Muji and I’m completely in love with it. It’s so simple yet so effective. I will definitely be purchasing another for 2017.

  14. That is amazing! And so very very very cute πŸ˜€

I use my Google calendar for most of my planning (God help me if I ever lose my phone) so sadly investing in something this cute would be an ineffective spend of money πŸ™

  15. I LOVE planners. In fact, one of my “lifelong” goals is to design my own planners and you know, sell them. ^^ Despite that I now have a smartphone and a Kindle, I still feel incomplete without a planner. I used to have a lot of Sanrio and San-X-themed planners back in high school and college. I even had one that were direct imports from Japan w/ no English translations of the field names, just to practice my Japanese. But the cute additions like the stickers, pen, and everything always gets to me all the time.

And I love your planner, all blue and cats and… weakness right there <3 I'll definitely check out kikki.k and others everyone mentioned there. nVn

  16. I LOVE this planner! I’ve recently joined the planner community if you like, myself! But it’s more of the bullet journal community which is a little different but still, similar somewhat! πŸ™‚ I love your planner though, it really suits you πŸ˜‰

  17. OMG that is so damn cute!!! If I had one that cute I would use it. I don’t use any planners now that I just put all my reminder on my calendar on my phone – which is a good thing cause I almost forgot a Dr. appt. lol

Still, seeing all that brings back memories of when I use to use planners – back in elementary, middle school and part of college. πŸ™‚

  18. I am a stationery addict and have always loved ring binder planners! It wasn’t until early last year that there are popular brands that actually sell a variety of designs that you could choose from. I don’t really have a popular brand for a ring binder planner but I used to patronize a local online shop in the Philippines that made them (Planners and Journals PH).

Kikki K is a blackhole for me! If only I could keep myself from browsing altogether! i recently bought an A5 leather notebook from their Write Your Tomorrow collection and have been using it to take notes for my Coursera classes. I also bought a couple of pens and some notepads for writing (even though I still have plenty that I could use). It’s hard to resist buying stuff especially when they’re on sale. They’re just too pretty! :’D

  19. Oh wow those are so cute. I’ve never heard of that site, but I’m going to totally check it out.

  20. Omg, that’s unbelievably cute! Really gorgeous colours! I had never heard of kikki.K before, but they seem to have really nice products!
I don’t write physical letters and I plan using a digital calendar, so I have no use for stationary or planners and don’t buy them. Notebooks on the other hand… that’s my true weakness. Imo one can never have too many notebooks! πŸ˜€

  21. I’m exploring the net for Kikki K as I want to upgrade my bookstore-brand planner when I stumbled upon this cute blog of yours. And I have to say, your Kikki K planner is soo cute just like your blog. ^_^
