My secret project has a name, and a somewhat visual face now. I (partly) introduce you to Blog Matter which will be launching in December 2013. I am still being more secret and not dishing the details on what it is about completely. I can say it is part community for bloggers and part something else for bloggers as well. Follow on twitter for updates? π
A weird/cool thing happened a few days ago. I was checking my emails and noticed a large number of favourites on my Flickr photo Bushfire Smoke. At first I thought that is really weird, then noticed one of the favourites was from Yahoo Editorial and I had to check the Flickr blog because I thought, maybe I have been featured on there and I was! My photo was included in a post called October wildfires in Australia, along with other bushfire related images. (Photo is also included as the featured image). π
I also entered a photography/design competition via deviantART which I am hoping to hear more news on soon. I highly doubt I would be in the final three, but I am hopeful I might at least make the final 22. *fingers crossed*.

Congratulations, love!
Thank you so much! π
Aha, so you’re the one behind Blogmatter! π I’m super excited about this too, and if you need any help just drop me a line.
Also, congrats on your Flickr feature! I know I’ve already congratulated you once but hey, twice is better than once.
Hehe. Sneakers gonna sneak. ;D Thank you very much! *squish*
Yay new project, yay your photo being features and good luck in the comp! Lot’s of good stuff going on with you right now my dear. I mentioned you’re cool little light switch feature on Blog Matters in an interview last week actually, haha, I was so impressed – can’t remember what I was talking about to mention it though lol.
Haha, wow that is really cool! π It’s just one of those things that pops up in interview conversation. xD
Congratulations on being featured on Flickr, and good luck in that DA contest! I’m sure you’ll ace it.
Take care! xx
Thank you so much! π
The bushfires have been so intense, there have been so many photos of the smoky skies and everything! I hope you’re not badly affected by the fires & that everyone is safe. Congrats on the feature though!
I realized after I made the post it would have been good to include some actual information about them, duh. Thankfully I have been safe and there was no major fire area around me. It’s really terrible to the people that are effected though.
Thank you.
I’m excited for your secret project! Everything you do is amazing, so I’m pumped about this! I’m going to follow on Twitter!
Congratulations for being featured! Before I even read your post, I was thinking how awesome that photo was and to know now that YOU took that photo? Just wow! I really hope you get a spot in the contest! I guess I’m going to follow you on deviantART, too! π π
Aw, thank you so much! π *stalks back*

Hi Crabbe,
I haven’t heard from you in a long time, so it’s nice to see that you’re still here. π
I am not taking any paid work right now, I am really sorry. Unless of course you can maybe, you know slip a potion into Draco’s drink? That would be awesome.. I should have probably been a little more cautious in saying that, but if I wasn’t clear you might not understand what I meant. π
YAY.
Sneaky pants. π
I am glad your picture was feature. It has a very spooky feel to it and really puts things into perspective.
Good luck with the competition!
Hahah. All the pants.
Thank you so much.
Also, I find it odd that your comment was after one from Crabbe.. maybe just a coincidence. π
Heheheheh.
Congrats! I will definitely keep an eye on blog matter. π
Btw, new reader here. I hope you can visit and comment on my blog as well.
Thank you! π
Ooh nice, congrats! Good luck this upcoming photo/design contest. We’re rooting for you. π
And yes, I followed you on BlogMatter a few days back, so I’m keeping up on updates. Looking forward to its development!
