Today I received a very wonderful surprise in the mail. Some lovely gifts from my friend Silver. It was a true delight to open the parcel and find so many adorable notebooks, tidbits and a cuddly owl plushie. Thank you Silver, times a trillion billion cupcakes. 😀

Snail mails are so uncommon nowadays – which makes receiving them even more special and fun.
I am so lucky, it was really lovely of her! I have to agree with you, snail mail gifts are not as common. probably because postage can be a hassle, especially overseas. 🙁

It would be great if everyone did. I think the hard part can be that postage is becoming more and more expensive. Plus, with technology everything can be sent instantly. Even so, the feeling of getting something in the post is very cool. Especially when it is from a friend. 😀

Silver is so sweet for all for giving you all of those gifts!! You always get the cutest things ever! And especially since they’re cutely drawn and stuff :3. And more owl things!!! I’m wondering, do you store those cute things somewhere and not use it or do you use it? I usually have a problem where I don’t use them until yearssss later *o*
They are so adorable. 😀 I kind of have most of them in different places around my room where I can see them and be reminded of the friends that gave them to me. I have trouble with using journals, because they look so pretty and I don’t want to ‘wreck them’. But, sometimes I do the same and use them years later, but that is okay, because they find a purpose eventually. 😀
