Christmas Exchange 2017

Christmas Exchange 2017

6 years

Christmas is just around the corner (how did this happen?!?). This year I am looking for anyone that may be interested in exchanging snail mail cards for a Christmas Exchange 2017.Β  πŸ€—

I find it delightful to receive snail mail (that isn’t bills, eew 🀒). Especially during the holiday season. Over the past several years it has become a bit of a tradition, which I wanted to continueΒ  πŸ’–. I intend to design my cards and include a few extra goodies.Β  😊

How does it work?

  1. You fill out the form and let me know you want to exchange cards.
  2. I email you to let you know if I accept and I will provide my postal address.
  3. When I am ready to post my cards, I will send one your way, and you do the same.

Simple.Β  πŸ˜†

I will not share or provide your name & address to anyone else, so I appreciate that you do the same.

Here is a sneak of what was included in my Christmas Exchange 2016.

Christmas Exchange 2016

Let’s do it!

If you’re interested in exchanging cards, please use the form provided below. You do not have to give your full name and address until after I accept if you prefer.Β  😘

The form is now closed.

Because international postage can be expensive, I may not be able to accept every request, but I promise to let you know!

  1. My internet is back for a moment! Do love snail mail πŸ“. I live in Boston Ma. And my name is Greta. I’m retired and enjoy sending /receiving Christmas cards. This sounds very nice.

  2. Yay, it’s that time of year again! I love exchanging cards with other bloggers πŸ™‚ I buy my cards, but the past few years, I’ve tried to include something personal in it, like one of my photos. I might try to include a small drawing this year. Anyway, I’ve filled out the form!

  3. Yay! I slacked off the last couple of years, but I am keen to try again. πŸ˜€ I buy my cards, because I don’t know how to make them! I’ve looked all over for tutorials, but no one is really into sharing how they make them, haha.

Is it weird that I’ve always wanted to see a mermaid Christmas card? n’D

  4. I love this idea! Too bad I’m in Japan and I’m a little nervous about how the postal system works, so I don’t think I’ll be participating in the exchange. :’| I’ve already had a slightly bad experience with the post office here, so I’m not too keen on going through that again.

Usually I prefer to buy my cards because I love finding both really beautiful ones and really funny ones! I give the funny ones to my family and the beautiful ones to coworkers, etc. I’m not sure why I do them the opposite way, but I know my family loves funny cards. :luv:

On a Christmas card, I love seeing something sentimental written on the inside alongside something pretty funny!

  5. I used to be into sending letters and packages, but then I got lazy. I’ve been given a few cards from friends here and there, but I don’t know where they are now, heh. xD

  6. I remember your cute goodies from last year!!! I love all your designs and still have the card in my room XD. I would love to exchange cards but I’m super busy this season with all of the work travels but still want to send you good vibes! I typically buy my cards in bulk but feel like I should do something custom. NEXT YEAR! XD.

  7. Your goodies always lovely! I, too, love getting things in snail mail :3 I also remember you’ve been doing this for the past few years, so it has definitely become a tradition ^^

I am going to have not do it this year. Things have been so busy for me, and with me trying to keep my clutter down, I’ll just not do it. Thank you for doing this for those who want to, though <3 Sending you lots of love.

  8. This would be the only snail mail I’d be participating in this year. Mostly cause I don’t know of anyone else doing it. Lol But it’d be fun. I haven’t done something like this in years. πŸ™‚

But man, reading blogs and stuff… It’s been so long! My blog hasn’t been updated in so long. I need to get back into it now that things have settled down. πŸ™‚

I’ve missed talking to you, Kya! How have you been?

  9. Yay, I love snail mail! I’m signing up! πŸ˜€

The only person I know irl who sends Christmas cards is my mum, so I don’t send or get many cards myself, haha! Since it’s usually so few cards I try to make them myself, usually with a drawing. Last year I made cards with drawings of Eurasian bullfinches πŸ™‚

  10. Ooooh I love snail mail! I don’t get a lot of mail in my post office box, so I’d love to participate in this haha! I’ve never, ever exchanged cards with anyone before because I grew up in a country where snail mail and exchanging cards isn’t very popular πŸ™ But I think I would buy cards if ever I was given a chance to give out cards to people, I’m not creative enough to make my own πŸ™

I’ve only ever sent postcards from Taiwan, not sure how it works for Christmas cards or letters but if I figure it out maybe I’ll sign up! πŸ˜€
